Refund and Returns Policy

At Pikraz, we take pride in the quality and design of our T-shirts. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a straightforward returns and refund process.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

  • You have 7 (seven) calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return for a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
    • In the original packaging you received it in.
    • Include all tags and labels attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following:
    • Gift cards (if applicable).
    • Items marked as “Sale” or purchased with a final sale discount, unless faulty.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact Us Within 7 Days
Please email us at [insert your email address, e.g., returns@pikraz.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your:

  • Order Number
  • Name
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Wait for Instructions
We will respond promptly with instructions on how and where to send your return package.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once we approve your return, please pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong item or a defective product), we will happily cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be refunded the full value of the returned T-shirt(s) only.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the size or design you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [insert your email address, e.g., support@pikraz.com]. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a free return and a full refund or replacement, including all shipping costs.
